There are some ways through which to have a good time a 99th birthday – for Sir David Attenborough, it was spent celebrating the launch of his newly launched three-year-in-the-making movie, Ocean with David Attenborough, alongside His Majesty King Charles III in The Royal Festival Hall.
On Tuesday night, the nice and good of society and the conservation scene; biologist Dr Enric Sala, James and Sofia Blunt, Geri Halliwell-Horner, Ben and Jemima Goldsmith, Poppy Delevingne, Cara Delevingne and Isla Fisher – becoming a member of from Gloobles Founder and philanthropist Stephanie van Rappard’s pre-premiere drinks at The Pelican in Notting Hill – walked the blue carpet to have a good time the extremely anticipated wildlife documentary.
Inside, the glamorous crowd circulated The Royal Festival Hall for drinks, admiring the number of digital camera gear used to seize the breathtaking surroundings all through the movie, together with Sir David Attenborough’s polar analysis vessel – aptly named Boaty McBoatface by the public in 2016.
