Nightclub Battery Charge Dismissed

Nate Diaz is off the hook in his nightclub battery case … in keeping with his lawyer, the misdemeanor cost the fighter had been dealing with was dismissed this week.
The MMA star’s lawyer, Ross Goodman, tells TMZ Sports … after Diaz accomplished an impulse management class on-line, prosecutors dropped the battery count against him forward of Thursday’s scheduled trial.

The case, after all, stemmed from a run-in Diaz had with a Las Vegas nightclub worker again in August 2024.
Diaz was accused of hanging the person within the face — as he and his acquaintances had been making an attempt to get into the Omnia at Caesars Palace.
Goodman acknowledged the confrontation did occur — however he was adamant his shopper was merely defending himself.
We’ve reached out to prosecutors for remark, however up to now, we have but to listen to again.
As for Diaz — who final fought within the UFC in 2022 — he is not but publicly spoken in regards to the matter.
