Miramax has named former Village Roadshow and CBS govt Alix Jaffe president of tv on the firm.

Jaffe will formally be part of Miramax on March 31, taking oversight of the corporate’s TV portfolio. She takes over for Marc Helwig, who departed earlier this yr. Senior vp tv improvement Mirsada Abdool Raman will report back to Jaffe.

Miramax’s TV portfolio consists of Guy Ritchie’s Netflix collection The Gentlemen and Max’s filmmaking docuseries Project Greenlight, which the streamer revived in 2023. When Glickman became CEO final yr, Miramax acquired the positions of his former firm, Panoramic Media, in Netflix’s Wednesday and Zero Day.
