Elizabeth Smart‘s kidnapper, Wanda Barzee, was again behind bars for a quick second … as a result of she was arrested in Utah for allegedly violating the situations of her supervised launch.
Police in Salt Lake City inform TMZ … Wanda was arrested Thursday after detectives found she allegedly visited at the least two public parks in city.
The situation … Barzee is a registered intercourse offender in Utah and going to a public park is a giant no-no for her.
Cops say Barzee allegedly went to Liberty Park and Sugar House Park … and she or he was booked into Salt Lake County Metro Jail on one depend of violating Utah’s regulation limiting registered intercourse offenders from getting into protected areas, together with public parks.
As you recognize … Barzee pled responsible to serving to kidnap 14-year-old Smart in 2002, and Smart says Wanda stood idly by as her different abductor, Brian David Mitchell, repeatedly raped her.
