A dump truck crashed into Whisky a Go Go, the legendary music venue on the Sunset Strip, on Friday.
Before the truck slammed into the West Hollywood constructing, it collided with a powerline and a few different automobiles, together with a mail truck, in line with NBC News. Amid the information of the crash, the Los Angeles County’s Sheriff Department closed Sunset Blvd and Clark Street, and energy within the space was shut off.
“Due to the traffic collision, some power has been affected and power is out to some parts of the area,” the LASD shared in an alert on the time. “Crews are currently on scene and working to restore power.”
Whisky a Go Go had a present scheduled for Friday evening, which included performances by Boy Hits Car, Barefoot within the Bathroom and Gearheart, although the occasion was cancelled.
