Assault Arrest Fallout …
No Longer At School

Owen Hayes, the faculty baseball participant who cops say beat the crap out of an 84-year-old man at a California bar, is not enrolled at his college.
Hayes was enjoying baseball at The Master’s University in Santa Clarita up till this week, when he surrendered to authorities at the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station and was booked on a cost of felony assault.

In an announcement to TMZ, the college says … “The individual in question no longer attends The Master’s University. The University takes all violations of its standards and biblical convictions seriously.”
TMU is a non-public, non-denominational Christian college and the University provides … “When violations occur, we follow established procedures to ensure appropriate action is decisively taken. We are thankful that such behavior is exceedingly rare among our students, who come to TMU because they desire to honor the Lord.”
Hayes is clearly not enjoying school baseball for TMU after leaving the college and his participant profile from the TMU baseball on-line roster has been eliminated.
As we reported … video from inside a Santa Clarita dive bar exhibits a person — who cops say is Hayes — speeding up behind a geriatric buyer and knocking him to the ground with a punch.
The sufferer, who staff at the bar inform us was an everyday, was reportedly knocked unconscious and hospitalized.
